Couples/Relationships

I am an ICEEFT Certified EFCT Couples Therapist. This model of couples/relationship counseling aims to help people identify the negative cycles that create disconnection and disrupted attachment between people and supports the learning of new patterns to create a positive cycle that promotes connection. The model is based on the science of adult attachment and bonding. An extensive research base now exists to support the efficacy of the EFT model. I work closely with other clinicians to adapt the basic EFT model to best support diverse individuals and relationship structures.
